I completly agree with my sister that Lost is a huge huge hit. That show rivals Rescue Me and probably surpasses it for best new show. That being said there is a third great new show that has earned a huge bright green. I did not like Freaks and Geeks or Undecided but this show really hits its mark. Even the cutaways were the guys are talking to the Camera (well really more like internal dialogue) is done perfectly. Even more suprising is that Kelly Osborne who I can't stand normally is outstanding in this series as well. The whole cast from top to bottem is solid and the writing is great. It deals with a range of different issues and for a rare time it captures what its like to grow up from a guys point of view. This is a must watch show. The clinching factor in all this though was when Dino catches his mom cheating (notice they didn't go for the cliche of dad cheating) and realizing his dad is pretty close to getting fired. He turns to the camera and talks about how he is no longer a kid but a part of their marriage having to keep his moms secert and the illusion of his parents being happy is gone forever. I can not say enough good things about this show. Outstanding on every level and a bright bright green.
[Jamie k adds] dont let it be true about the show ending it would be a travisty to take the one of the greatist shows out at this time when we need to take are mind of the problomes in are life. I come home on thersdays before nine and click on the tv to channel 7 and wotch every ep.I never miss an ep. my new years reselution would be for the show life as we know it to brake the record of shows that servived nine,ten season sencerly J,K ps. the show is extremly charming/funnyand hart braking (January 6, 2005 02:27 PM)
